Ich habe den <a title=\"Alles zum Donkenlauf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.donkenlauf.de\" target=\"_blank\">Donkenlauf<\/a> hinter mich gebracht. <a title=\"Donkenlauf 2011\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderwegewelt.de\/blog\/laufen\/donkenlauf-2011\/\">Vor f\u00fcnfeinhalb Monaten habe ich mir das Ziel gesetzt die Strecke von 15 Kilometern unter anderthalb Stunden zu laufen<\/a>. Etwas mulmig war mir schon, als ich mit der Startnummer auf einem Treppenabsatz auf einen Freund wartete. Um mich herum begannen eine ganze Reihe von L\u00e4ufern sich \u00e4u\u00dferst professionell vorzubereiten. Auf den Tag genau 14 Monate, nachdem mein linker Lungenfl\u00fcgel kollabierte, ging ich an den Start. Das Wetter spielte mit. Den ganzen Tag \u00fcber schauerte es und gab immer wieder Sturmb\u00f6en. Mit dem Start jedoch h\u00f6rte es auf zu regnen und die Sonne schien bis zur R\u00fcckfahrt nach Hause. Kurz nach beginn des Laufes fand ich eine Gruppe deren Tempo mir zusagte. In den Trainingsl\u00e4ufen war meine beste Zeit 1:26:30. Als heimliche Wunschzeit hatte ich mir 1:24:00 zurechtgelegt. Dies entspr\u00e4che dreimal meiner 5000m Qualifikationszeit f\u00fcr das Sportabzeichen. An jeder Kilometermarke rechnete ich nach. Und ich lag gut in der Zeit. Allerdings hatte ich immer wieder Angst einzubrechen. <a title=\"Donkenlauf 2011 \u2013 noch 7 Tage\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wanderwegewelt.de\/blog\/allgemein\/donkenlauf-noch-7-tage\/\">Trinken aus Bechern<\/a> &#8211; wenn man dabei laufen muss &#8211; ist \u00fcbrigens doch schwerer als man denkt. Der Einbruch kam nicht &#8211; nur die letzten f\u00fcnf Kilometer waren wirklich schwer. Nach 1:21:44 kam ich als 124er von 165 Teilnehmern in Ziel. Nun kann ich das kommende Jahr f\u00fcr ein vern\u00fcnftiges Training nutzen, um m\u00f6glicherweise die 1:15:00 anzugreifen. Als Erstes kommt aber jetzt das Sportabzeichen. Das hei\u00dft wenn die Schmerzen in der H\u00fcfte nachgelassen haben.
