Heute Morgen mit dem Fahrrad und meiner Tochter zum 40.Jubil\u00e4um der Karateabteilung des \u00f6rtlichen Sportvereins. Mehr dazu unter <a title=\"Karate in Neukirchen-Vluyn\" href=\"http:\/\/www.shotokan-te.de\/\">www.shotokan-te.de<\/a>. Danach in das naheliegende <a title=\"Freizeitbad Neukirchen-Vluyn\" href=\"http:\/\/www.enni.de\/sport-baeder\/baeder\/freizeitbad-neukirchen-vluyn.html\">Freizeitbad<\/a>. Nach ca. 2,5h dann wieder mit Fahrrad zur\u00fcck. Am Abend dann gegen 21:30 bin ich zum Laufen aufgebrochen. Meine Frau hielt mich f\u00fcr verr\u00fcckt. Ich mich auch, aber ich habe es mir nicht gesagt. Heutige Besonderheiten auf der Strecke waren ein kreuzender Igel sowie genau ein Gl\u00fchw\u00fcrmchen. Die Zeit am Ende 1:40:38.
