Nach dem Marathon 2018 ist vor dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swb-marathon.de\/startseite.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bremen-Marathon 2021<\/a>. Am 3.10.2021 werde ich meinen zweiten Marathon finishen. Nachdem ich 2018 f\u00fcr, mit und durch <a href=\"https:\/\/bewegenhilft.chayns.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bewegen hilft<\/a> meinen ersten Marathon erfolgreich beenden konnte, ist es nun an der Zeit Geschichte zu wiederholen. Das diesj\u00e4hrige Ziel lautet: ANKOMMEN. Man wird halt \u00e4lter. In den <strong>223 Trainingstagen<\/strong> bis zum Start kommen laut Plan <strong>1142 Trainingskilometer<\/strong> zusammen. Ich habe 2018 gelernt das der abschlie\u00dfende Marathon nur die Spitze eines Trainingsberges ist. Mir f\u00e4llt Training schwer. Ich bin nicht wirklich sportlich und das Loslaufen zum Training f\u00e4llt mir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig schwer. Daher m\u00f6chte ich euch bitten mir das Training etwas zu vers\u00fc\u00dfen, indem ihr einen kleinen (gerne auch einen gro\u00dfen) Betrag pro Trainingskilometer spendet. Im besten Fall werden es etwas mehr Kilometer als geplant, da die Trainingsstrecken nicht immer genau dem Trainingsplan entsprechen. Rechnet also mal mit etwas zwischen 1000 und 1300 Kilometern. Ich zahle alle meine Kosten wie Anmeldung, Anreise, Trainingsutensilien nat\u00fcrlich ebenfalls aus der eigenen Tasche. Wer mag wird als Sponsor, gerne auch mit Logo, im Blog an prominenter Stelle erw\u00e4hnt und w\u00fcrde, die vergangenen Monate als Ma\u00dfstab genommen, von ca. <strong>20.000 eindeutigen Besuchern<\/strong> pro Monat gesehen werden. Wer also nun<strong> 1 Cent<\/strong> pro Trainingskilometer spendet, kommt am Ende auf eine Spendensumme von ca. <strong>13 \u20ac<\/strong>, bei <strong>2 Cent<\/strong> sind es ca. <strong>26 \u20ac<\/strong> und so weiter. Wer mag erh\u00e4lt eine Spendenquittung. Falls ich nicht starten und\/oder in die Wertung kommen sollte, <strong>spende ich 200 \u20ac<\/strong>. Sollte Corona den Bremenmarathon unm\u00f6glich machen, schaue ich nach einer alternativen Veranstaltung. Sollte auch dieses nicht m\u00f6glich sein, werde ich einen pers\u00f6nlichen Marathon hier am Niederrhein laufen und diesen mittel GPX aufzeichnen. Und nun ran an die Tasten und spenden.
